It would be nice to create a condition in the Front rules to allow SPAM emails to be automatically reopened if the sender is a known client.
Currently, Front’s rule engine does not support checking the SPAM folder in the rules conditions. As a result, legitimate client emails occasionally land in SPAM and are easily missed, risking delays in communication.
Proposed Solution:
Enhance Front’s rules or automation capabilities to:
Detect when an email in the SPAM folder is from a recognized client (e.g. based on their email address, or accounts).
Automatically reopen the message and move it back to the appropriate inbox or assign it for follow-up.
Benefits:
Prevents important client emails from being overlooked.
Reduces manual inbox and SPAM monitoring.
Supports faster and more reliable client communication.
