Add Tag History to Conversations or tag menu

Many rules in our setup automatically add tags based on specific keywords or actions. However, tags are sometimes applied and never removed, making it hard to trace their origin.

Currently, the only way to find when a tag was added is by scrolling through the entire conversation thread, which can be very time-consuming. While we can view all conversations associated with a given tag, there's no easy way to see when a tag was applied within a specific conversation.

It would be really helpful to have a tag history feature—perhaps accessible via the tags menu or conversation metadata—showing when each tag was added (and removed, if applicable), and ideally what rule or action triggered it.

This would significantly improve traceability and help us better manage and audit our automation rules.
