Granular notification control for assigned conversations

Problem
Notification settings are binary: either receive notifications for all group inbox messages (assigned or unassigned) or none at all, with no way to exclude notifications from conversations already assigned to teammates.

Request
Allow users to receive notifications only for: (1) new messages in conversations assigned to them, and (2) new messages in group inboxes not yet assigned, while excluding notifications from conversations assigned to other teammates.
