Set new teammates to Unavailable by default

Problem
When adding a new teammate, they are automatically set to Available status, which means they immediately begin receiving email assignments through assignment groups.

Request
Provide an option to set newly added teammates to Unavailable status by default, so they do not receive assignments until explicitly marked as Available.
