Shared inbox conversation filter

Hi Team,

Currently, we can filter by tag, Assignee, and ticketing statuses in the shared inboxes filter, which is great. However, I think it would be even more useful if we could also filter by tags that are not applied. As an admin, it's essential for me to verify that our rules are functioning correctly, and our tag rules play a significant role in that process. At times, I find myself checking threads one by one to ensure the appropriate tags have been applied, which can be quite time-consuming.

Additionally, I noticed that we can only select one tag in that filter. It would be fantastic if we could have the option to select two or more tags simultaneously, as this would enhance our ability to manage and organize our tickets more effectively.
