Edit sender address of received emails

Problem
Form-generated emails often have incorrect sender addresses (the form system's address rather than the actual contact). This breaks conversation grouping and reply routing. While forms can customize the reply-to field, changing the From address isn't viable due to DKIM authentication requirements.

Request
Allow manually editing the sender/From address of received emails after they arrive, so conversations are properly linked to the actual contact.
