Macros to provide a search function in a 3rd party system to select input

When choosing a macro to perform an application request, we want the ability to search for an object in a 3rd party system to maintain inputs against, or log inputs against.

Example: a prospect, Shippeo, currently have a Gmail extension that allows them to log emails against custom objects in Salesforce. They are able to search for the object using the extension and select the object to log an email thread against, and all subsequent emails in the thread are logged against the object.

Currently we are only able to log emails against Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities in the Salesforce plugin and not custom objects.

The ability to search for objects in 3rd party systems and select the inputs to execute app requests using a Macro could have many other use cases. Additionally the linked object to the conversation could display as an app object.
