Show touched conversations in workload analytics

Problem
The workload analytics tab only tracks replied conversations, which doesn't reflect actual team workload for teams using internal comments and drafts instead of external replies.

Request
Add touched conversations as a metric in the workload tab to show all conversations a team member has engaged with.
