Situation Description:
Currently, users can only search for answers in a single knowledge base (KB) at a time. This limitation requires users to know which specific KB contains the relevant information, and if they don’t, they must manually search across multiple KBs, which slows down their workflow.
Request:
Enable users to search across multiple knowledge bases simultaneously when asking a question to the AI. This could be achieved either by allowing users to select multiple KBs manually or by making the AI search across all available KBs by default to provide the most relevant information.
Benefit:
This enhancement will allow users to find the information they need more quickly and with fewer manual actions. It will improve efficiency, reduce the need for repeated searches, and ensure that users don’t miss important information spread across different KBs.
