Allow easy swapping between primary and redirect domains in KB domain settings

Right now it's not currently possible to easily change a domain from primary to redirect in the KB Domains settings tab. You have to delete domains and then add them back in a specific order to ensure they are either redirect or primary which is a bit clunky.
