Getting the data from the "Seen" emails feature can help understand how engaged clients are with our product. Knowing the average time to open an email per client is super useful and can help make our prospecting and offer sending more efficient by spending more time on the clients that are more engaged. Getting more granular info on who opened the email is also extremely useful for persona mapping and future targeting.

Thanks for your product feedback! This is unfortunately not possible with our architecture. The analytics data are based on activities (like adding tags). However, "seen" receipts do not generate such activities. Changing this would be a major architectural change.
