We often send out a test of a new email strategy / approach and it would be great to be able to measure 'opens' and 'clicks' like you can with a marketing campaign - to measure the success of various customer success or sales initiatives. I think there's currently a 'seen' receipt feature, would love to see stats on this, split by inboxes / tags etc.

Thanks for your product feedback! This is unfortunately not possible with our architecture. The analytics data are based on activities (like adding tags). However, "seen" receipts do not generate such activities. Changing this would be a major architectural change.
