This has implications for our data integrity, given that the Front CSAT is logged according to the date of response, rather than the message ID. Notably, we have received a response pertaining to an agent who is no longer part of our team. We propose the introduction of a response window, such as 14 days, during which a guest/customer can respond to the survey.
