Show message subject when filtering comments

Problem
When filtering data by comment type, the Subject column remains empty because comments don't have their own subjects, making it difficult to see which message or ticket a comment relates to.

Request
When filtering by comments, display the subject of the associated message or ticket alongside the comment data.
