When filtering the [Type] column by the value "comment" we would appreciate the possibility to display the data in the [Subject] column?
Currently, no data is displayed in the Subject column when filtering by Comments.
I understand that Comments don't actually have subjects, only messages will have subjects; however, when filtering by Comments the Ticket ID is displayed, so based on the Ticket ID you can do the link and pull the Subject.
As technical people and software development company, we are certain that this enhancement is feasible and can be done with minimum effort.
