Support Helpcenter.io import to Knowledge Base

Problem
Teams migrating from Helpcenter.io to Front cannot use the built-in knowledge base import feature since Helpcenter.io is not currently a supported source, requiring manual migration of articles.

Add Helpcenter.io as a supported knowledge base source for the Knowledge Base import feature.
