When our customers send audio messages, they are received as downloadable files, rather than allowing us the option to play them directly within the chat interface, as is standard in WhatsApp. Also, the file opens in a new tab rather than staying in the same conversation. This requires us to download each audio file to a desktop to listen to it, which is quite inconvenient and time-consuming.
Secondly, an option to send replies like voice messages will also be helpful.

We use a competitor product that has this feature, and we use it a LOT. It is the only reason we haven't chosen Front yet.
