Add create conversation shortcut within conversation view

Problem
When viewing a conversation, users cannot create a new conversation from within that view and must navigate back to the main inbox to start a new conversation.

Request
Add a create new conversation button or keyboard shortcut within the conversation view, allowing users to quickly start a new conversation without leaving the current one.
