When we send emails from Front, y'all are inserting some HTML for the tracking pixel at the bottom of them like this:
<img src=3D"https://app.frontapp=.com/api/1/noauth/companies/46f9519e86737210e538/seen/msg_2663shay/han_7pxi= aai/18b90fec.gif" alt=3D"Sent from Front" aria-hidden=3D"true" style=3D"wid= th: 1px; height: 1px">
For any email client that doesn't display in-line HTML images, the recipient will see the alt text of "Sent from Front" like the attached image.
There should be a way to customize or disabled this alt text (without disabling tracking features) so our emails aren't forced to include this Front branding.
Agreed! The tracking feature is hugely valuable, but having Front branding on emails is a distraction and a brand risk. We'll need to turn off the tracking feature until this is resolved, because it is unprofessional to have 'Sent from Front' inserted in all emails to our customers.
