Color code calendar events at acceptance

I have been using the color code feature to distinguish my meetings in my calendar by customer/audience in order to prioritize when I am double booked, however I cannot set these colors when accepting an invitation. It would be great if I had the option to set the color at the same time I accept the meeting.
