Provide the option of a Robots NoIndex meta tag

Currently, there is no way to tell search engines not to index the help site. This can cause issues with SEO, especially when the help site content is taken from, or substantially overlaps, the content on the main www. site.

A robots.txt file (disallow: /) would be a distant second choice, but it beats leaving them crawlable and indexable if you can't implement the Noindex meta tag.

Thank you.
