Send and store conversations in folder

Problem
Users can perform "Send & Snooze" and "Send & Archive" actions, but lack a similar action to send a message and store the conversation in a specific folder.

Request
Add a "Send & Store in Folder" action that sends a message and moves the conversation to a designated folder in one step.
