Allow KB article suggestions from internal users in Front inbox

The ability to create a link between the conversation view and the KB in order to log ideas we want to turn into articles.

Example: You receive an FAQ that you've seen for the 4th time this week. You highlight or have some button in the conversation where you can either log an idea that shows up in your KB dashboard or turn it into a draft directly (similar to saving a message template that you type out).
