Link conversations across inboxes
Problem
When creating a linked conversation, both conversations stay in the originating inbox. The receiving department can't see the linked conversation in their own inbox.
Request
Allow linked conversations to appear in the receiving department's inbox while keeping the original in the sender's inbox.
We have many scenarios where the convos we want to link are not readily accessible within the same list to multi-select. Please add the ability to link to an existing convo from within an open convo (by searching on ID or subject line).
