Chatbot does not recognize line breaks upon receipt

Front's chatbot does not recognize line breaks. This means that requests group into large blocks of text that can be difficult to decipher - and lead to errors. It also differs from how the customer intended to submit their request (since line break are recognized when submitting, just not receiving).

We have additionally confirmed with our own Engineering team that this is no non-trivial way for us to manage this from our end.
