Delay chatbot greeting message on page load

Chatbot greeting messages appear immediately on page load, which can be distracting to visitors actively using the page.
Request
Support customization of the delay before the chatbot greeting message appears.
Really need an option to disable the pop-up message
Having a delay on the pop-out for the chat is a must!
