Support S/MIME encrypted email sending and receiving

Problem
Organizations that work with government agencies or security-sensitive partners receive S/MIME encrypted emails (.p7m files) that cannot be viewed or actioned within Front. Teammates must switch to Outlook to handle these messages.

Request
Add native S/MIME support so encrypted emails can be decrypted, viewed, replied to, forwarded, and commented on directly in Front.

Would love to know if this idea has been recently reviewed since being backlogged. Having the ability to encrypt emails from individual and team emails is critical to protecting our clients and our productivity. Our current workaround is manual, timely, and disrupts email threading.

This is critical for protecting our client PII and PHI. Our service teams regularly share sensitive data with clients via email and we want them to send it securely from within Front.

This is an extremely important future and we need it must. In Outlook we are able to add different apps. To use this feature

This is an important feature we are really missing after switching from Outlook to Front

We work in the Medicaid arena and this would be a huge addition
