As an admin, I have all the inboxes showing in my sidebar in case someone needs to me to go look at something. I also have an inbox in the workspace I support. I'd like to be able to "pin" or star or somehow move that inbox up so it's easier for me to see when things I need to care about are in there vs. everything else in the workspace.
We have some managers with similiar needs - they have access to a number of inboxes they need to easily monitor but a few they need to be actively engaged in.
As an admin, It’d be great to have better organization tools for workspaces in the sidebar. With 50–100 shared inboxes (and growing), it’s difficult to quickly find what I need, especially since newly added inboxes appear at the bottom of the sidebar instead of alphabetically. It would be extremely helpful if inboxes listed under the workspace in the sidebar could be automatically sorted alphabetically and/or be sortable, searchable, and filterable for easier management at scale.
edit: Actually just found the "Sort all shared inboxes" in the preferences. Still, it would be nice to have the search or filter option.
This sounds very similar to what I just wrote about. how the side panel can become very clunky, and cluttered. where for some it makes sense, and for others, they just want to see a clean interface. giving the option to hide or suppress items on the panel with "a need to know" view. all others can be tucked away.
