We use Front live chat to help our customers troubleshoot quotes and place orders online. Each quote or order has a unique URL which does provide us some information of who the customer is, but we have to open and web page and search the number to find them. We previously used Intercom for live chat, which showed us the URL and it also displayed the website title, which gave us the customer's business name. It's a much quicker way of identifying the customer without asking them to fill out their details in a form.
