Increase the frequency of auto-sync for SF contacts

Currently, the contact sync only happens automatically every 24 hours - it would be nice to make it possible to have this run automatically at a more frequent cadence, even down to ~30 seconds. This would allow more real time interaction with customers for businesses who operate on a much faster sales cycle
