Require comments with CSAT ratings
Problem
CSAT surveys accept ratings without comments, losing context for why customers gave specific scores.
Request
Add an option to require respondents to include a comment when submitting a CSAT rating.

Your idea is now live and open for voting.
I don't think this is a good idea because it can discourage customers from leaving a rating. Often times they only want to leave a comment if they are unhappy. This would potentially make us miss out on good ratings.
