Create dynamic objects without a target URL

Problem
Dynamic objects require a target URL, but some business objects can't be linked via URL—they exist in desktop apps or aren't easily identifiable by URL.

Allow creation of dynamic objects with custom fields and API integration, without requiring a target URL.
