Expand chat composer window dynamically

Problem
Chat message composer at bottom of screen doesn't expand to show full draft, requiring side scrolling to read long messages; this differs from email compose behavior.

Request
Composer should dynamically grow taller as message content increases (up to ~1/4 screen height) before requiring vertical scrolling, matching email compose UX.
