Having the Google Business Messages integration is a great feature.
However, with more than 200 Business profile locations on Google connected to the same agent, it's difficult to get an overview of what location customers started the Business Messages chat from.
Getting access to the payload provided by Google would be a huge benefit as we'd then be able to fetch data from the conversation and set up rules in Front based on that, e.g. update a custom field with the placeId which would tell us from where the chat originated or access the customAgentId to route chats between inboxes.
