Changing the transcript email subject line from Front Chat
Currently, when the customer is being sent the transcript email from the Chat, the subject line is "Chat". It would be amazing if this could be configured to something more tailored for a better customer experience.
Use case example: We collect the client name in the chatbot flow and I'd love to highlight that in the conversation for a quick view. I've been able to create a smart rule to pick it up and change the subject to include the client name. However, the subject changes in p3, but the subject line in the conversation view (p2) is still 'chat.' this is not enough context, and I don't want to create a bunch of tags.
