Reorder attachments in email drafts

Problem
When attaching multiple files to a draft, there's no way to reorder them once attached; files end up in random order rather than matching how they're referenced in the email body.

Ability to rearrange attachments by dragging, sorting by type, or other method to organize them logically (by type, order mentioned in email, priority).
