Don't send intro message until visitor initiates chat

Problem
The Chat widget automatically sends an intro message when the page loads, causing the widget to show a notification badge even though the visitor hasn't initiated contact. This creates a false impression of an unread message.

Request
Allow the intro message to be sent only after the visitor sends their first message, so notifications only appear when the visitor actually initiates the conversation.
