Customizable hotkeys for tagging

Problem
Adding tags to messages requires multiple clicks, and the preset hotkeys cannot be customized to match a user's preferred workflow.

Request
Allow custom hotkey assignment for tagging so users can quickly apply tags with a single keystroke, and enable users to edit hotkeys beyond the standard presets.
