Today, the order in which articles appear in a KB depends on when they were last modified. Users are unable to manually update the ordering. This feature would allow users to change the order in which articles show up.
The ability to drag and drop to reorder articles within a single category is now available to all knowledge base users.
This is really basic functionality for a knowledge base and I'm surprised to learn that it doesn't yet exist in Front. This would be a roadblock for us moving our Help Centre to Front. Can you please tell us when you expect to support this functionality?
This is very important for us because we want users to go through the Category in the order that we suggest. For example, our Getting Started Category has step by steps from the moment they sign up. It wouldn't make sense if the articles are out of order.
This is important to my team because we like to display articles in the order that our users should read them when they open up a Category or Collection. For now, we can try a workaround where we save the articles in the reverse order that we want them to appear to achieve the same front end experience for our users. Thank you so much.
