Show detailed hours for time-since-sent

Problem
Time-since-sent rounds to 1 day after 19 hours, but there's a significant difference between 19 and 24 hours when monitoring queue backlog.

Request
Display granular time units in hours instead of rounding to days so queue age is more visible.
