Slack thread replies as notes

We have a #front-inbox chanel which is a stream of incoming front tickets. This is a channel, but just a destination for alerts. However, if someone replies to those threads, it is not tracked as a note. I think it would be AWESOME if a slack thread reply was a note in this case.
