Add keyboard shortcut to copy conversation ID and link for faster sharing and integration with third-party apps.
Need this. For most CRMs, I usually just use CMD+L then CMD+C to copy URLs for conversations. But because of Front's convoluted inbox system, I have to dive into a menu just to share a conversation link with a coworker.
additionally, Shift + Click on the ID in the app should do the same thing.
This is important. You have to add much flexibility! Even having this option in the menu item will allow users to trigger it on other desktop automation apps.
I second this, but for the conversation ID and not necessary the link. Our support email workflow frequently needs to obtain the conversation ID from another email as it relates to a second email. But we don't want to merge the conversations. We put the Conversation ID in the comments of the email so the other conversation can easily be clicked on.
