Keyboard shortcut: copy conversation ID and link
It really would be nice to be able to copy the conversation link using a shortcut.
For faster sharing but also for example: we have a application, you can paste the front url in there, it will extract the conversation ID, call the REST API and do some stuff specific to our business.
This is important. You have to add much flexibility! Even having this option in the menu item will allow users to trigger it on other desktop automation apps.
I second this, but for the conversation ID and not necessary the link. Our support email workflow frequently needs to obtain the conversation ID from another email as it relates to a second email. But we don't want to merge the conversations. We put the Conversation ID in the comments of the email so the other conversation can easily be clicked on.
