Configure Instagram to log DMs & Comments into separate inboxes
We have recently been posting more clips from our podcast on our IG which has been helpful to drive engagement with more comments. However, our Front IG integration/inbox is now very busy with comments. It would be ideal to have the comments and DMs be pushed to separate inboxes.

Robby from Front's product team here. Are you seeing DMs and Comments threaded into the same conversation? Our IG integration should split these into separate conversations by default.
