Cmd + click (or ctrl+click) to open in a new tab

My suggestion is pretty straight forward and easy to setup : I would like to be able to open things (like settings) in a new tab by right clicking and selecting the option, or cmd+click like in every other websites.

My problem is when I want to create a rule for example, I have to duplicate my actual tab, or open a new tab and open front, then navigate from start to where I want to be.

For example, I could be in "templates" settings, and I want to cmd+click to open "rules" in another tab, instead of reopening front and navigating to "Rules".
