The ability to use AI to train the chatbot on Knowledge Base / Help Center material, and then for the chatbot to use this information to automatically respond to chat visitors would be extremely powerful for deflection.
This would be great - or further, to customize or create an app that handles the response (To be able to use more than just AI, like an API endpoint for example)
To be able to train the bot on outside knowledge basis would be a pre.
Is the new chatbot gonna be able to handle subdomains as well?
