Allow admins to convert private inbox to shared inbox (vice versa)

Users often request Support to make individual inboxes a shared inbox (or vice versa). Having a feature that would allow them to do this on their end would be great to help promote shared inbox adoption and collaboration, without losing email history or struggling to add duplicate inboxes that already exist.
