Chatbots: Auto-archive chatbot interactions that don't require any replies
If I create a flow that offers some information to the user and helps them sort out their inquiry without the need to further interact with a support team member, the chat conversation should be auto-archived.
I have the same sort of suggestion. In our chat workflow, when we archive the conversation, it's reasonably understood the customer has been helped and no other help is needed. I know that the chat will be treated as a new conversation if no responses take place after 30 minutes, but this timer should start when the chat conversation is manually archived, not automatically archived due to no response.
