Exclude teammate contacts from HubSpot logging

Problem
The HubSpot plugin logs all sent and received emails to team contact records, including those for internal teammates.

Request
Provide an option to exclude specific contacts from HubSpot logging, or allow smart rules to define exclusions by domain or contact list.
