For auto-replies sent by rules in Front Chat, in the chat widget the sender should be the team name & icon instead of the inbox name

Currently it is being sent as the internal inbox name, which is problematic because:

1. Channel names are not used for internal purposes, except for setting up a chatbot, which means we can name them anything we want.

2. Inbox names are essential for us to name them in a way only the support team would understand.
